Greg has a Bachelor's of Science in History from the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff and a Master's of Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati. He began his professional journey organizing for President Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign, later advancing to senior leadership roles in national political campaigns, including Hillary Clinton’s historic 2016 presidential bid, and most recently as Coordinated Campaign Director in Georgia during the 2022 election cycle on behalf of Senator Rafael Warnock and down-ballot democratic candidates.

Greg’s career shifted focus after the tragic killing of Terence Crutcher, leading him back to Tulsa to address inequities in his hometown. Through his consultancy, Standpipe Hill Strategies, Greg has spearheaded diverse community-driven projects, including neighborhood planning, housing development, educational reform, and policy initiatives centered on racial and economic equity. This includes the development of the Beyond Apology process and report, which led to the creation of the Beyond Apology Commission on Reparations in Tulsa, OK.

Greg’s unwavering dedication to fostering equitable communities is matched by his drive to create lasting systemic change. He currently resides in Cincinnati, OH with his wife, where he continues to apply his expertise and passion toward building stronger neighborhoods and advancing opportunities for all.
