Yadira McCoy is a passionate and experienced professional in the fields of marketing and communication, with over 15 years of experience. A resident of Tulsa since 2016, she holds a solid academic background, including a Master's degree in Growth Marketing and Artificial Intelligence from the American Business College in Miami, Florida, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Marketing, Communication, and Advertising from her home country.

She is the founder of McCoy Agency, an agency committed to purpose-driven marketing, with a special focus on nonprofit organizations. Her expertise allows her to understand the appropriate communication language to connect with both founders and the communities they aim to impact. Additionally, she is the founder of SOY+, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering the Hispanic community through training in communication and public speaking skills. Yadira is also a co-founder of Tulsa Latina Leadership, an initiative that reflects her commitment to the development and leadership of entrepreneurial Latina women.
